Interactive Event Featuring Korean Food

All the participants will get an opportunity to cook and taste the Korean food with support from a cooking instructor, while learning about the Korean culture and language.
A Japanese/English interpreter will be available for non-Japanese participants. Please feel free to join in this event.

5th Graders of Elementary School through Adults

500 yen

ZEN Koto (全 向東)

Note:
Bring your apron and headscarf(bandana).
It is prohibited to take out the cooked food.
Elementary school students are allowed to be accompanied by their guardians, but the provided ingredients are to be limited to the amount adequate for one person.

Menu and Main Ingredients:

◇ Korean Pancake (Chijimi)
- Squids, Garlic Chives, and Chijimi Powder

◇ Korean Dish of Grilled Beef (Bulgogi)
- Beef, Green Peppers and Beef Broth

◇ Korean Stir-Fried Sweet Potato Noodles (Japchae) (Scheduled Only When Time Permits)
- Glass Noodles, Onions, Paprika, Carrots and Shitake Mushrooms
